About Us

We are a family owned and operated kennel in Southeast Colorado. John and Stephanie both attended Northeastern Junior College in Sterling, CO. It is there that we both received Associates degrees in Production Agriculture. Our love of animals is what brought us into breeding and raising dogs. We began raising dogs in 2003 before our children were born and now we have 3 wonderful kids that help in caring for and loving our four legged friends.

Purchasing A Puppy

We do require a deposit to consider a puppy sold. Deposit amount will depend on the price of the dog. Deposits are non-refundable.

All of our puppies will come with a health record showing you exactly what vaccinations they have been given, a registration paper(if applicable and purchased), and our health guarantee.

How To Find Us

We are located near one of those small towns that if you blink you will miss it. However, we love it here. This is where John was born and raised and where we chose to raise our kids and our dogs.

We are located in Southeastern Colorado off of Highway 50 and between Las Animas and Lamar. On the area map, Hasty is marked in pink in the lower right hand corner. It is eight and one half miles from Hasty to our kennel. Please call to make arrangements to visit so that we will be sure to be here to greet you.

Once you get to Hasty, turn right (south) towards John Martin Reservoir (Road 24/School Road). Following the road south to the Reservoir, at the top of the dam take the road to the left side of the dam (Do not go across the dam). Follow that road down thru the picnic area and across the river and up to the top of the hill. At the top of the hill there is a few houses that make up the town of Caddoa. Do not enter Caddoa but take a left at the dirt road (Rd GG) just in front of the town. On GG go one block and then turn right (south) onto the next dirt road (Rd 26) going south under the railroad overpass. Follow road 26 to our place. Our Kennel is on the left side of the road 3 miles past the railroad overpass. Turn in at the Kennel sign and continue down to the cream colored house, feel free to come to the back door and knock if we do not see you when you pull in.
